ITINERARY

DAY 1 Morning departure. Upon arrival in Manhattan, we’ll visit the Empire State Building’s 86th floor observatory. Next we’ll have time for lunch at a nearby food court. After lunch, we’ll head down to Battery Park and take the ferry to Ellis Island. There we will learn about immigration in the U.S. during the early 1900’s. When we return to Manhattan, we’ll drive past the American and New York Stock exchanges on our way up to Chinatown for dinner. After dinner, we’ll return to our hotel and then go shopping in Times Square before going back to our rooms for the evening.

DAY 2 After breakfast, we’ll take a city tour including a visit to Central Park, Lincoln Center, Times Square and Rockefeller Center. After the tour we’ll have some free time before having dinner at Mars 2112. It’s a themed restaurant that simulates a visit to a Martian cafe. After dinner we’ll see a Broadway production and then return to our hotel.

DAY 3 After breakfast, we’ll head over to the NBC Studio Tour.  After the studio tour and some free time in the area, we'll have lunch at a nearby restaurant. After lunch, we will head over to the Metropolitan Museum of Art then to Lincoln center to see a 3-D IMAX film.  

DAY 4 After breakfast, we’ll take a ride to the United Nations for a fascinating tour of the facility and explanation of the purpose and operation of the UN. After our visit we’ll have some free time to enjoy and visit the numerous and trendy Fifth Avenue shops before going back to the hotel to check out. After check out, we’ll board the bus for our return trip.
